On May 23, 2024, authorization was officially requested from the Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA) for the purchase of the plot from a religious order that had owned it for 20 years. The request was resolved favourably on 14 June, authorising the Mezquita de Sevilla Foundation to acquire plot number 20 of the PERI Single Action Estate “Cabecera Sur del Tamarguillo” in Seville, registration number 35,454 of the Property Registry No. 8 of Seville, classified as a private SIPS.<\/p>\n
