This process culminated a rigorous analysis among the city&#8217;s shortlisted studios, choosing those teams whose trajectory and vision demonstrated greater harmony with the uniqueness and relevance of the project. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In recognition of the professional value of their work, a paid commission was formalized with each of the five selected studios for the preparation of their respective previous studies. At the same time, they were given the programme of needs of the Centre, establishing the basic guidelines but with total willingness to enrich it with their technical and creative contributions.
