This crucial step, registered on October 24, included the Basic Project with the mandatory approval of the Official College of Architects of Seville (COAS) and other required documentation, thus complying with all the technical, legal and administrative requirements. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>The formal presentation of the documentation and the payment of municipal fees constitute an essential administrative milestone within the legal process established for obtaining the<\/em> <strong>urban planning license<\/strong><em>.
