The trip served to report on the current progress of the Islamic Cultural Centre, Mosque and Awqaf Project in Seville, as well as to request crucial support for its completion. Cordial and constructive meetings were held with various government authorities, prominent businessmen, representatives of NGOs and, especially, with long-standing friends whose commitment has been fundamental during the last decade. Malaysia&#8217;s constant support \u2014 both official and individual \u2014 is valued not only in material terms, but, above all, as a genuine relationship of brotherhood, care and mutual consideration, always received with the utmost courtesy and hospitality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We have a huge and sincere thanks to all Malaysians who supported us from our first steps, and we make a special mention to the Tirmidhi Foundation and to Syed Azmin Al Bukhary, who opened the doors of his home to us and has provided great support over the past few years. During the visit, we had the honor of being received for the sixth time by Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, whose tireless dedication powerfully inspires us to never give up and to persevere. We sincerely hope that this trip will be fruitful and bring us closer to the culmination of the project, Insha Allah, and we look forward to the long-awaited visits of many of our brothers to Seville in the coming months, which will encourage and strengthen our joint work.
