Under the title “Meeting between cultures, For an inclusive neighborhood” CODENAF Huelva has organized an iftar, breaking of the fast, with representatives of institutions and neighbors of the Perez de Cubillas neighborhood, for both Muslims and non-Muslims.<\/p>\n\n

Prior to the iftar there was a presentation of the different guests and after the iftar Hajj Jalid Nieto, Vice President of the Seville Mosque Foundation, addressed a few words to all attendees.<\/p>\n\n

Among the guests present were the Vice Consul of Morocco for Western Andalusia.Mr. Mohammed Driouch.\nMohammed Driouch.\nThe Councilor for Social Policies and Equality of the Huelva City Council.\nMrs. Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Pulido.\nMar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Pulido.\nThe Territorial Delegate of Equality and Social Policies of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda.\nMr. Manuel Antonio Conde.\nManuel Antonio Conde.\nAnd the Head of the subdelegation of the government, labor and immigration.\nMr. Antonio Alvarado.\nRepresentatives of the Evangelical community, taking the floor Pastor Mr. Luciano Gomez and a Sister.\nLuciano Gomez and a Teresian Sister working in the neighborhood, Mrs. Mercedes Escartin.\nThe moderation was in charge of Malika Ziate, on behalf of CODENAF. <\/p>\n\n

Everything that was offered as iftar and dinner was made by a group of Maghrebi women who have started a catering and take-out project.<\/p>\n\n

The prevailing atmosphere was one of exquisite cordiality.\nAnd the event was valued very positively by all parties involved.\nOur most sincere thanks for the invitation. <\/p>\n\n

Hajj Khalid’s speech consisted of a presentation of Islam explicitly extending on the pillar of Ramadan.\nHe spoke of his times, of the sincerity and truth in the fasting, of his generosity and justice.\nAnd of one of its secrets.\nLailatul qadir. <\/p>\n\n
