Faced with the demand of the residents of Los Bermejales, the Seville court ordered the precautionary suspension of the beginning of construction of the mosque, since if said demand were to prosper, the mosque would have to be demolished.
An order of the Contentious-Administrative Court number 4 of Seville has ordered the precautionary suspension of the start of the works of the Los Bermejales mosque until there is no final judgment in the trial scheduled after the lawsuit filed by the neighborhood association against the Seville City Council and the Urban Planning Department of Seville.
