Chronology & Status of the project

Below is a chronological description of the main news and updates in relation to the project of the Islamic Cultural Center, Mosque and Awqaf of Seville, from the creation of the entity to today. An attempt has been made to summarize by highlighting the most relevant, without duplicating news and with links to external media when possible.

We hope that this summary helps to illustrate, in an easy and clear way, the incessant work and progress that has been made in recent years with the project of the Islamic Cultural Center, Mosque and Awqaf of Seville.

This summary is exclusive of everything that concerns or directly affects the project, and does not include the innumerable activities, events, regular activities, services and others that the Seville Mosque Foundation carries out and which you can follow through the web and social media.

At the same time, the Mosque Foundation of Seville publishes an annual report of all its activities, events, trips, etc., which includes an economic summary. These annual reports, written for donors, governments, and related institutions or individuals who have supported us, support us or want to support us, may be requested through the web in the ‘annual reports’ tab.

Despite the self-imposed policy of total transparency, by which through the web and social media you will be able to know in detail the different actions of the Seville Mosque Foundation, for reasons of privacy and required discretion, there are options and operations in progress that will not be publicly exposed until they are definitively finalized.

On the website itself and social media you can expand the information briefly exposed here. If you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any proposal, suggestion or help is always welcome.

And of course, if you want to join and support this project, you can do so through our donations page.

We ask Allah to purify our intention in each of our actions, to give us perseverance and constancy in our action for Him, and give us an ending that is to His liking in this life and the next. Amin

During this time, a tremendous effort has been made to be able to help those most in…
