It is a privilege to share with the public, our community and all the collaborators the infographics of the design of the Islamic Cultural Center of Seville, the work of the renowned architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra.
Its proposal integrates contemporary innovation with Andalusian tradition, creating a dialogue between heritage and progress that is expressed in a fundamental principle: a modern architecture with historical roots, which forges a distinctive cultural identity, fits with the urban architecture of Seville and, without a doubt, will elevate and beautify its surroundings, bringing a new landmark of beauty and meaning to the city.
The design harmonizes geometry, light, and fluid spaces, transforming courtyards, water features, and intricate patterns into a timeless space, open both architecturally and humanly. A place designed for meeting, reflection and serenity.
It should be noted that the designs shown are not final, but are in the development phase, reserving the most precise architectural details, specific decorations and interior design for a later stage of the project.
This material is, however, a significant step towards visualising the future centre, bringing us closer and closer to the reality of this emblematic space for Seville and for all the people who are part of this exciting path.
