After the purchase of the land materialized and the Master Plan was completed, a crucial phase of contact with the main social actors in Seville began. The objective was to present the project with total transparency to representatives of the administration, neighborhood associations, Muslim communities, foundations and other groups and individuals of interest.

This strategy has been based on the principles of inclusivity and participation, seeking to involve all agents from the outset. The initiative is presented as a city project, emphasizing its benefits not only for the Muslim community, but for the whole of the citizens and, especially, for the neighborhood where it will be located, so that it would be perceived and valued as a legacy that we hope will be of benefit to all Sevillians.
