International Conference ‘Intercultural Dialogue between Malaysia and Spain’

An international conference will be held on September 5; ‘Intercultural dialogue between Malaysia and Spain’, which will be attended by Tun Abdullah, 5th Prime Minister of Malaysia, and speakers from Malaysia, Japan, Morocco and Spain.
The event organized by the Tun Abdullah Legacy Foundation and Hadhari Global Network, with the collaboration of the Malaysian Embassy in Spain, the Mosque of Seville Foundation, the Three Cultures Foundation and the Regional Government of Andalusia, will be held at the Three Cultures Foundation on Thursday, September 5 from 5 p.m.
The event will end with a concert by Hamid Akhbar and dinner.
It is open to the public and is free, with prior registration and until full capacity is reached.

The main objective of this conference is to discuss different aspects of Islamic civilization, society, and economy.
The meeting will bring together academics, experts, political and civil society actors and other stakeholders who, through their years of study and personal experiences, will help to seek ways to enrich and foster collaborative research on Islamic civilization.
H.E. Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was the person who introduced the principles of Hadhari Islam to Malaysia and held different positions of responsibility in the government such as Minister of Education, Foreign Affairs, Economy and Home Affairs becoming Prime Minister of the country.
On the other hand, the main objective of the Hadhari-GN network is to promote among its various members and externally also the principles of moderation, community service, social welfare and peaceful coexistence through education, typical of Islamic civilization.
After the conferences, it will take place with a concert by the band Hamid Ajbar Ensemble after which a cocktail will be served, courtesy of HE.
