As has been a tradition every year, the Three Cultures Foundation organizes several Iftar -fasting ruputas- during the month of Ramadan.
These Iftars are open to the public in addition to having the presence of different authorities.
The Seville Mosque Foundation was present at both the Iftar held on Thursday 23 and yesterday, Thursday 30 May.
The first was attended by Khalid Nieto, patron and director of communication of the Foundation and in it he addressed a few words to the attendees about fasting.
The Iftar yesterday, May 30, was attended by both Ibrahim Hernández, president of the Foundation, and Luqman Nieto, vice president.
Luqman Nieto gave a lecture on fasting entitled: ‘Ramadan: form and essence of the fasting practice of Muslims’.
The conference was before the Iftar and dinner was served to all the attendees, after the Adhan of Maghrib, and after this there was a concert of Andalusian music.
We would like to congratulate the Tres Culuturas Foundation for organizing an event like this whose repercussion, both at the public and symbolic level, is of great importance.
It’s a way to bring people together, regardless of their creed, through moments that are important to everyone.
We would also like to thank you for the opportunity to invite us and to have trusted us for the introductory conference.
