At the Fundación Mezquita de Sevilla we have had the pleasure of receiving a group of students from CIEE’s Politics and Society in the Contemporary Arab World program, corresponding to the fall semester of 2026.
The students were received by Luqman Nieto, communication advisor of the Foundation. The meeting gave rise to an interesting and constructive debate, which allowed the attendees to approach the socio-political and cultural context of the contemporary Arab world from a close perspective and open to dialogue.
The group is made up of 20 American students of political science, international relations and related fields, from institutions such as George Washington University, Georgetown University and Tulane University.
We sincerely thank Rubén Díaz for his visit, as well as Rubén Díaz for organizing it and his courtesy.
