Ibn Abbas transmitted that the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings upon him, said: ¨Take advantage from five before five; Take advantage of your youth before your decrepitude, use your health before your illness, take advantage of your wealth before your poverty, take advantage of your free time before you are busy and take advantage of your life before your death.¨
