Our recent participation in the Communities of Success Programme (COSP) in Singapore marked the beginning of a journey of great importance for the Fundación Mezquita de Sevilla. This program, supported by the Singaporean government, proved to be a deeply enriching experience where our team was able to share our work, establish valuable international connections and absorb innovative knowledge on strengthening minority Muslim communities, forging alliances that will undoubtedly drive future projects.
From there, we moved to Malaysia, where our itinerary took on an even more significant dimension when we were able to share transcendental news: the signing of the acquisition of the land for the Islamic Cultural Center of Seville. It was deeply moving to witness the outpouring of joy and unwavering support of our Malaysian brothers and benefactors, who have been fundamental pillars in this decade of efforts. This moment, which crowned the journey, not only celebrated a historic milestone, but powerfully reaffirmed the bonds of our global community and infused us with a renewed commitment to the next phase of this blessed project.
