During the last few months there has been an intense exchange with the Urban Planning Management of the Seville City Council, with different technical requirements, complementary documentation and regulatory adjustments to the project. The studio of the architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra has formalized the presentation of the complementary documentation requested for the Basic Project of the Islamic Cultural Center of Seville, responding to AESA’s requirements, the fixing of the line of the site, fire protection and other technical details, all of them duly corrected and justified.

This process of continuous feedback with the local authorities has made it possible to fine-tune the project following the specific instructions of the Urban Planning Management. Prior to the favourable determination by the Technical Section, an update of the fees, both deposit and urban planning, was paid, with the updated amounts in accordance with the data of the project after having been reviewed by the Management. Finally, concluding with a favorable opinion from the Technical Section, which has reported the project submitted for examination favorably based on the planning determinations.
