After the important progress achieved with the favorable opinion of the Technical Section of the Urban Planning Management, received in writing, the project has entered a new phase within the mandatory legal procedure for obtaining the Building License, and we are currently waiting for the final resolution.
In recent days, a technical appeal has been filed by the political party VOX, which is part of the Executive Committee. This appeal, which is part of the ordinary procedures provided for by law, has been received by the municipal services, who now proceed to study and analyse it.
From the Seville City Council, we have been conveyed a message of tranquility and institutional normality. The Mayor has publicly stressed that “ideologies are not above laws”, trusting that the procedure will be resolved with all the legal and technical guarantees.
The technical and legal advisory services of the consistory are already working on the review of the issues raised in the appeal, to issue the corresponding reports.
The next Executive Committee is convened for Tuesday 21, where this point will be addressed and it is hoped to move towards the final positive resolution, with the confidence that we have taken all the legal and mandatory steps to make it so on our part.
