BEGINNING OF THE MONTH OF DHUL HIJJAH AND ‘ID AL ADHA

The president of the Islamic Community in Spain announces that on the night of Sunday, May 17, the new moon has been sighted, which indicates the beginning of the month of Dhul Hijjah.

Therefore, it is confirmed that Monday, May 18 is the 1st of Dhul Hijjah, and ‘Eid al-Adha will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 27, insha’Allah.

I ask Allah to accept the Hajj from the pilgrims, to allow us to return to His house and to shower blessings on all Muslims.
