Ramadan End Communiqué 1440/2019, Islamic Community in Spain

The president of the Islamic Community in Spain announces that, having sighted the first quarter of the moon in the reference area, tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5 , will be the 1st day of the month of Shawwal and, therefore, the Eid al Fitr holiday.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“Allah wills for you what is easy and not what is difficult, but He wants you to complete the number (of days) and to proclaim the greatness of Allah for having guided you. May you be grateful!” Qur’an, 2-185

Congratulations to the entire Muslim community on this day of celebration.
