Audience with Shaykh Osman Nuri Topbash, Istanbul, Turkey

It has been a real honor and pleasure for the delegation of the Seville Mosque Foundation, to begin our journey to Turkey with an audience with Shaykh Osman Nuri Topbash, last Monday, February 27th, may Al-lah gives him good health and a long life. Amin.

Shaykh Osman is one of the great recognized figures of knowledge and transmission in Turkey. His books are translated into more than 43 languages. And one has only to sit in his presence to witness it.

Thanks to his generosity, we will soon have the honor of completing the collection of his books into Spanish, available to anyone who wants them, and for free, in Seville. Insha Al-lah.

During the meeting Shaykh Osman gave us advice, for what we are grateful, we reported to him about our visit to Turkey and the project of the Islamic Cultural Center, Mosque and Awqaf of Seville, which we had the honor of being able to present to him.

The relationship of the Islamic Community in Spain with Shaykh Osman comes from many years ago, since for years, groups of young people, boys and girls, were invited to visit Turkey on brotherhood, study and fun trips organized by their institution .
