Shahada of Abdel Razak – A new muslim.

Today, Friday 21st of October, after Jumua, we had the honor of witnessing a new Shahada, from Carlos, now Abdul Razak.

The shahada is the belief and testimony that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His messenger. The definition of the shahada, is to express it with the tongue and to believe it with your heart.

It’s the time of public acceptance of Islam, which is to say with sincere and self-belief the shahada before Muslim witnesses and from that moment becomes mandatory four other worship practices or pillars of Islam: The Salat, Zakat, fasting during Ramadan and the pilgrimage.

Perhaps it is an act to which we have become use to it, because of their frequency and consistency in the recent years. Every day thousands of people accept Islam in the world. Islam is an individual and social option for many people of our time. A spiritual journey of worship and closeness to the Creator, as well as a guide of wisdom in every aspect of life.

Practices that transform the interior of the person, change their behavior, and character, and make him a member of a brotherhood that knows no borders, no geographical, racial or class boundaries.Our most sincere welcoming and best wishes to our brother, Abdul Razak.
